Spinning Fabric

Thought I'd try spinning some fabric strips today. 
 A reclaimed cotton gauze skirt torn into strips.
 
 Spun together with some blue wool.
 Another in purples.
Made some pretty interesting yarn.

    Fabulous...had no idea you could spin fabric. I guess you can teach an old dog new tricks, me being the old dog, of course...;)

    1. Thank you! I saw this kind of yarn on Etsy from Scotland and I ordered some, but couldn't wait to get it so I tried it myself. One of these days I'm going to spin paper and see how it goes.
