Old & Stained

Maybe I'm going crazy, but I'd rather have something old than something new.
I rarely shop in a dept. store these days.
My favorite store is the local thrift shop, well, any thrift shop.
When I'm out running errands, I can't help stopping in to look for treasures.
Today was one of those days.
I found old berry baskets, which I forgot to photograph, and some old dishes.
This bowl has a crack in it, but the birds inside the bowl are so pretty, I brought it home with me anyway.
These little dishes are just lovely.
There are 8 of them.
Some are perfect, but some are stained so badly, I'm not sure what to do with them.

They seem very old and fragile.
Does anybody out there know how to remove the stains without damaging the dishes?
I would appreciate any advise you may have to give.
Thanks so much for stopping in.
Karen

  2. I typically make a paste using Clorox, lemon juice and baking soda and rub all over the areas of concern and place in sun! That should do the trick...happy "destaining" Tiffany
