A Little Me Time

There are pretty blossoms popping out everywhere in my yard right now.

I took a much needed break today to enjoy the outdoors and work on some projects for myself.

I potted this ivy plant.

Then I walked Jack.

We stopped to smell the flowers and checked a few birdhouses to see if any birds had moved in.

I saw 4 of my giant gold fish swimming around in the pond.

I gathered some old things from the garden shed to use on my porch.

These will be used to display flowers for the summer.

I even finished a project with a recycled door and some chicken wire and painted some old containers.

I'll have photos of those to post sometime soon.

I even managed to cook a fabulous dinner.

It was a perfect day.
