Gone Fishing

My mom came for a visit this week. She misses all the outdoor activities that she and my dad used to do together. It was a good day for fishing, so my husband, daughter and brother went fishing with her at the stream that runs through my backyard. Jack, our dog, went too.

Gift From A Friend

Yesterday I was having an especially bad day. It was day one of my new smoke free life style and I was really feeling sorry for myself. I got back more test results from Cleveland Clinic and they were not what I wanted to hear. Then, my husband brought in the mail and there was a wonderful surprise for me. It was a gift from my friend Odile. It was so unexpected and so beautiful and exactly what I needed. Thank you so much Odile! You helped get me through a very tough day.

April Flowers

Jack and I went for a walk this morning. Things are starting to bloom. These are photos of some type of fruit blossoms.
