Frilly Friday

Todays frilly finds are wedding related. This is a 1950's wedding gown.

Lace on the gown's bodice and sleeves.



Headpiece with veil.

Gloves with rhinestones.


Shoe embellishment.

Don't you just love all the heavenly lace and embellishments?  Some day I will cut these all apart and make something with all the parts and pieces, but for now they just look pretty, hanging in my studio.

    I love every precious detail here, but I would have ripped it apart by now, imagine the mixed media potential!
