Pink Peonies

Many years ago I had a very large flower garden on a hillside near my house.
There was a brush fire and all of my beautiful flowers were burned.
It has since grown over with grass and bushes spilling out from the woods.
Today my daughter noticed something pink peeking out from all the wild growth.
One of my peony bushes had survived.
She ran to the house to get my gardening boots and some scissors.
She came out of the weeds with this beautiful pink bouquet.

After dinner we took Jack for his daily walk.
We saw some lovely wildflowers.
I think these are blackberry bushes.

Then we saw this cute little bunny.
Thank goodness Jack didn't see him.

Another wonderful day.
So many things to be thankful for.

Thanks for visiting my blog.
Please feel free to leave a comment.
Hugs
Karen
